Order Processing

  • Digital products (such as wallpapers and downloads) are delivered instantly to your email upon payment confirmation.

  • Physical items (when available) are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Digital products: Free delivery via email.

  • Physical products: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping typically takes 2–4 business days after processing.

 

International Shipping

  • We currently ship select physical items internationally.

  • Delivery times vary based on location, typically between 10–20 business days.

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (for physical products).

 

Potential Service Interruptions

  • While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or weather. We will always do our best to keep you informed if delays happen.
