Refund Policy

Digital Products

All digital products (including wallpapers, downloadable assets, and other digital content) are non-refundable.
Once the product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of digital downloads.

 

Physical Products

We want you to be happy with your order! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at brothersmashshow@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• A clear photo of the product

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

 

Refund Process

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the item you received was damaged or incorrect.

 

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, all sales are final.
